Return Policy

Refunds & Returns

Understanding our digital goods policy and exception cases.Last Updated: 1/1/2026

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate, irrevocable transfer of ownership of unique identification numbers, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a barcode number is assigned and emailed to you, it is marked as "Sold" in our global database. We do this to strictly guarantee uniqueness for every client. We cannot "take back" a number, as we can never resell a used or exposed number.

When We Do Refund

  • Duplicate Orders: You accidentally purchased the same package twice within a short timeframe.
  • Technical Errors: A system error caused a double charge but only one delivery.
  • Proven Invalidity: In the extremely rare case a code is rejected by a platform due to a database error (requires official screenshot proof).

Dispute Warning

Initiating an illegitimate chargeback with your bank for delivered digital goods is considered fraud. Access will be revoked, and the disputed barcodes will be flagged as "Stolen" in the global registry, rendering them useless on Amazon and other platforms.
